Our Focus
This phase is all about understanding. We can't build the right solution without knowing what your business does, who you serve, what you want your website to accomplish, who visits your site and what they need, what differentiates you from competitors, and what content, features, and functionality you require.

Discovery Call (45-60 minutes): We'll discuss your business, goals, target audience, and project vision. This is a conversation, not an interrogation. -
Content Planning: We'll outline exactly what content you need to provide and when we'll need it. -
Technical Planning: We'll identify any integrations, special features, or technical requirements. -
Project Roadmap: You'll receive a detailed timeline with milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

Design & Build
Timeline: 2-8 weeks depending on package · What Happens: We create your custom website
Design Phase
Initial Concepts: We'll design key pages (typically homepage and one interior page) to establish the visual direction. These mockups show layout, typography, color usage, and overall aesthetic.
Your Review: This is your chance to provide comprehensive feedback. We encourage you to review thoroughly (take 3-5 days minimum), consult stakeholders, provide consolidated feedback all at once, and be specific about what you like and what should change.
Design Approval: Once you approve the design direction, we move to development. Changes after this point may impact timeline and budget.
Development Phase
We translate approved designs into working code, including creating all pages with your actual content, implementing responsive design for all devices, setting up forms and integrations, configuring CMS for content management, optimizing performance and SEO, and testing across browsers and devices.
Critical: Content delays pause the project timeline. If content arrives 2 weeks late, launch moves 2 weeks later.
Review & Launch
Timeline: 3-7 days · What Happens: Final review, testing, and deployment
Pre-Launch Review
You'll receive a staging URL to review the complete site. This is your opportunity to test all functionality (forms, links, integrations), review all content for accuracy, check mobile/tablet display, test on your devices and browsers, and provide final feedback.
Launch Day
